My role as a facilitator is to help you love yourself more.

Clients come for a variety of reasons, but most feel blocked in some significant way. Blocked from connecting with a loved one; from accepting one's self, or feeling good enough; blocked from relief and happiness due to chronic pain; blocked from growing into a mature, loving and competent adult, or from reconnecting with the child energy.

All these needs are met when you discover how to love yourself, and to feel this as true with your whole heart as well as in your body.

Unquestionably, one-thousand percent true.

You become someone you can go to for comfort, shelter, refuge, healing, guidance.

Loving yourself will make you happier alone, and more fulfilled with a partner. You'll start to feel greater compassion and patience for others and you start to feel more connected to them. You will become more dynamic in your work and play, and learn to develop a healthy relationship with the blockages that are holding you back (or, to discharge them skillfully).

You will also allow greater healing in everyone around you - because you will become more loving, patient, empathetic, and forgiving, you will also be a better parent, teacher, partner, guide, and a better citizen.

Sessions are primarily breathwork, but other tools may be used as well. These are the tools I have learned through my journey back to self-love - Breathwork, Meditation, Movement, Emotional and Spiritual Self-Awareness, nervous system modulation through breathing and other techniques, concepts and skills learned from secular Buddhism, Taoism, Chinese Medicine, modern therapy, and and esoteric spiritual practices.

I have heard people say that their first breathwork session brought the progress of a year's worth of psychotherapy or more. This is because the breath brings you into the body, often a missing piece in contemporary therapies of all kinds. Once we are in the body, we can choose to explore and clear out old resentments, beliefs, feelings about ourselves or the world, etc. It's in this embodied, clear space that we can finally contact our deepest emotions, come back to ourselves, and begin to live more how we want to live.
